Transmission of personal data to the course instructor and the treasurer
Your data, which are relevant for courses and are recorded during course registration (first name, surname, title, language, telephone number, email, birthday, address, postcode, city and company), will be forwarded to the course instructor of the relevant course (or exam), as well as to the cashier. The instructors use the data for the communication concerning the course itself. The cashier uses the data to issue the corresponding invoice.
Integration of social media
To make the information about SWISS OUTDOOR ASSOCIATION easier to disseminate on the net, SWISS OUTDOOR ASSOCIATION uses "share buttons", "recommend buttons", "plugins" and "widgets" from social networks such as Facebook and Twitter in some places. If you click on these, a new window opens, via which the respective content or link can be sent directly to these networks. This requires prior login to Facebook or Twitter. Only when you are logged in to Facebook or Twitter will your chosen information be sent to your contacts on Facebook or Twitter according to their privacy settings. SWISS OUTDOOR ASSOCIATION collects general statistical information when you visit our website. SWISS OUTDOOR ASSOCIATION also uses external services, in this case Google Analytics.
These evaluations are only accessible to specially authorized employees and are deleted after 38 months. It is not possible to link this and personal data.

Data export
You have the right to receive an export of any personal data we hold about you. Please send an email with the subject "Data Export" to datenschutz@swissoutdoorassociation.ch. After verification of your person we will export all your personal data within 30 days and send it to you in a secure way.
Future changes and queries
Due to technical developments on the Internet and developing social and legal practices, it may be necessary to adapt and supplement these data protection notices. The SWISS OUTDOOR ASSOCIATION will inform you about updates at this point.
